Sunday was a little bit of a busy day.
There was the Thanksgiving meal at church... which my house stayed to help clean up with. Then, back to our house for a few minutes before dashing of to Capulline, where us girls attended "craft day." (yes, its pretty much a group of young knitters that get together) Hour and a half later I was headed to my youth group. We were taking food to the local homeless shelter. After dropping a few members off I dashed back to craft day. Scarfing food down in 15 minutes (amazing potatoes, pesto, pumpkin roll, cactus salad - yes, I ate cactus - and lamb chops) we dropped by our house, picked up Nate and dashed back to Alamosa. Nate was attending mass, while the rest of us girls went to an Orchestra Concert.
So.. quick recap:
Home to Alamosa (20 min. drive)
- @ church for 2.5 hours
back to home (20 min. drive)
- @ home for 10 min. then to Capullin (10 min. drive)
To youth group (30 min. drive)
- @ youth group for 1 hour
drop youth off (15 min. drive)
back to Capullin (25 min. drive)
- craft day dinner in 15 min.
home (9 min. drive)
home to alamosa (20 min. drive)
- @ concert for 1.5 hours
home.
Our vehicles obviously get a lot of mile :)

looks like you are staying busy. are you knitting your dad a ndc sweater for christmas?
I thought life was to be slower in Colorado. Dad and I will not be able to keep up with you when you get home. By the way, someone stole my daughter, normally her christmas list is long and expensive!! love ya mom
your daughter has been captured... you are correct. Since in CO she has learned how to make food from scratch (pesto, breads, angel food ...) she's been sewing and knitting. She has even been on the "farm" helping "prepare" turkeys.
